§15 · Part IV

Inter-frame value routing

Value is perspectival. A citizen, family, business, community, and the state may evaluate the same flow differently without one frame being reduced to another. Axiacracy therefore does not maintain a supreme ledger of true value. It maintains a shared vocabulary for exchange and a public frame for public decisions.

Inter-frame routing searches for flows that improve each participant's position in that participant's own frame. The state may publish demand, supply a floor, price a demonstrated cross-boundary harm, or remove a bottleneck. It may not force an actor to call the result valuable. Each participant discloses only the minimum projection needed for the transaction; raw private frames remain local. If a public correction advances the state frame while making participants worse off in their own disclosed frames, the correction must pause, narrow, or be contested.

What it means

The ten axes are a common language, not a common soul. A citizen, family, firm, community, and the state may evaluate the same flow differently, and no state ledger converts those perspectives into an apex truth. Inter-frame routing looks for a transaction or correction that each participant can recognise as an improvement in that participant's own disclosed frame. Only the minimum projection needed for exchange is shared; raw private frames remain local. Voted weights tell the state how to spend and correct, not citizens what to love.

Why Axiacracy needs it

Without inter-frame routing, multidimensional value can quietly become central planning: the public frame declares an improvement while the people inside the affected flow experience a loss. The participation condition is therefore an alarm. If a correction advances the state frame while making participants worse off in their own disclosed frames, it must pause, narrow, or become contestable. This § keeps the doctrine pluralist while still allowing a polity to act on cross-boundary harm and shared needs.

Compared with other approaches

The section answers the knowledge problem by keeping private frames local rather than forcing them into a central ledger, while retaining a shared vocabulary for public decisions. It is compatible with voluntary exchange and subsidiarity: the state may publish demand, supply a floor, price demonstrated cross-boundary harm, or remove a bottleneck, but may not force an actor to call the result valuable. The constitutional boundary that protects each participant is §16.
