Honest status and open problems
Nothing here is presented as finished. The doctrine carries its live wagers in the open rather than smoothing them over. Is unearned rent truly separable from productive surplus, or does taxed "rent" turn out to be relocatable wage-relation surplus? Does the entrenched discovery-frontier hold against a future majority armed with an ever-more-capable sensor? Can the correcting loop act inside the delay, exactly where it matters most? And the enactment precondition: no rule-set engineers good outcomes without the cultivated civic matter to enact it.
These are stated as problems, not solved as slogans, because a doctrine that hides its open questions is the one most likely to fail on them.

These are carried as problems, with the places they could break marked.
Why Axiacracy needs it
A doctrine that hides its open questions is the one most likely to fail on them, and a doctrine offered to heads of state must be honest about the edges of its own knowledge. This § exists to carry the unsolved problems in the open, as wagers to be tested, rather than paper them over with confidence.
Compared with other approaches
The posture is Popper's open society and fallibilism, a serious doctrine states the conditions under which it would be refuted.
