Ludwig von Mises
Individual value is subjective; collective public priorities are chosen democratically, while designated effects are measured only under published, challengeable methods with explicit uncertainty.

What we took
Ancestor on the market as a process and the sovereignty of the profit-and-loss signal; on correct-and-release and the renounced fourth duty; and on money as a ratio, not a measure of value, which licenses the demoted-but-kept numéraire. The doctrine absorbs his genuine discipline, the live-price tether and the interventionist-cascade invariants, rather than the prohibition.
Where we diverge, and how we answer
Individual value is subjective and ordinal, and the doctrine never fakes a science of inner utility. It diverges on the leap to "no actionable collective value": citizens can choose binding public priorities under the Charter. Designated effects are measured only where evidence supports measurement, with published methods, confidence bounds, provenance, and appeal; uncertainty limits intervention rather than disappearing behind false precision.
The net position
On the theory of value a disciplinarian the doctrine answers, not one it capitulates to; on the market process and the knowledge problem, its ancestor, the core is Austrian, passed only under entrenched invariants.
